About Me
Karla Santana
Hi! I'm Karla, the owner of Santana Notary & Weddings, LLC, and I’m so glad you’re here.
I started Santana Notary & Weddings, LLC because I wanted to create a business built on trust, kindness, and genuine connection. Whether I’m notarizing an important document or officiating a wedding, I believe every client deserves to feel comfortable, respected, and cared for.
Every appointment represents an important moment in someone else’s life, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. I pride myself on being dependable, communicative, personable, and professional. From your first inquiry, to the completion of your appointment, my goal is to make the process smooth, stress-free, and ensure you always know what to expect.
When I’m not meeting with clients, I work full-time, and attend school full time while pursuing my degree in Human Resource Management. Balancing work, school, and my business has taught me the importance of being organized, dependable, and intentional with my time—qualities I bring to every client I serve.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two dogs, Cane & Rocky. Family means everything to me, and I believe in treating every client the way I’d want my own family to be treated—with honesty, patience, kindness, and respect.
Whether you’re scheduling a notary appointment, celebrating your wedding day, or simply have questions about the process, I’m here to help. I look forward to earning your trust and making your experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. It would be an honor to be part of your journey.
A little About My Wedding Day
I got married on April 20, 2024. We chose to have a small, intimate ceremony with just our parents and siblings - simple, meaningful, and centered around what truly mattered to us.
That experience gave me an even deeper appreciation for how personal wedding days are. Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a courthouse-style ceremony, I understand how important it is for the moment to feel special, comfortable and genuine.
It is truly an honor to help other couples celebrate one of the most meaningful days of their lives.
