How do I schedule an appointment?

Scheduling is easy! You can call & text me at (386) 688-1499 or book your appointment online. Once your request us received, I’ll confirm the details and availability as soon as possible.

Do you offer same day availability?

Yes! Same-day appointments are available whenever my schedule allows. I recommend contacting me as early as possible to secure your preferred time.

Please note: A $15 same-day service fee may apply

Do you offer appointments after-hours?

Absolutely! I offer evening and weekend appointments to accommodate busy schedules. After-hours appointments are available for an additional fee.

What areas do you serve?

I provide mobile notary services throughout Live Oak, Suwanne County, and surrounding North Florida communities. I also offer Remote Online Notary (RON) services for eligible clients throughout the United States.

What should I have at my appointment?

Please have:

  • A valid government-issued photo ID (or passport)

  • Your unsigned documents

  • Any required witnesses (if applicable)\

Do I need to sign my documents before the appointment?

No. Please wait until we meet. Most notarized documents must be signed in the presence of the notary. If you’ve already signed your documents, let me know before your appointment so we can determine the next steps.

Can you notarize documents from another state?

Yes. As long as notarization physically takes place in Florida, I can notarize documents intended for use in another state. 

Can you travel to me?

Yes! I am a mobile notary, and travel to homes, businesses, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other mutually agreed-upon locations throughout my service area.

Can you notarize Power of Attorney documents?

Yes. I notarize Power of Attorney documents, affidavits, deeds, vehicle title paperwork, school forms, and many other documents that require notarization.

Do you provide witnesses?

Yes, witnesses may be available upon request for an additional fee. Please let me know in advance so arrangements can be made.  

Do you print documents?

Yes, printing is available for general notary appointments.

Printing is available on standard letter-size documents

What forms of identification do you accept?

I accept current government-issued photo identificatio, including:

  • Driver’s License

  • State ID

  • Passport

  • Military ID

    Or any other ID permitted under Florida law.

Yes! I am an NNA Certified & background screened Loan Signing Agent providing professional and accurate loan signing services for buyers, sellers, refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and more.

What is Remote Online Notarization (RON)?

Remote Online Notarization allows documents to be notarized online securely through an encrypted online video session instead of meeting in person.

Do I have to be in Florida for an online notarization?

No. As a Florida Remote Online Notary, I can notarize documents for clients located almost anywhere in the United States, provided the notarization complies with Florida law.

What do I need for an online notarization?

Is Remote Online Notarization secure?

Yes. Every RON appointment is completed using a secure, encrypted platform with identity verification, credential analysis, knowledge-based authentication (when required), and an audio/video recording of the session.

Can I use my phone my online appointment?

Yes! most clients successfully complete their appointment using a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and internet connection.

Do my documents need to be printed?

Not usually. Most online notarizations are completed electronically without printing any documents.

How long does an online notarization take?

Most appointments take 10-20 minutes, depending on the number of documents and signers.

How do I get married in Florida?

  1. Apply for a marriage license at any Florida Clerk of Court office.

  2. Bring a valid photo ID.

  3. Florida residents may have a three-day waiting period unless they complete a premarital course. Out-of-state couples can marry the same day.

  4. Once your license is issued, I can officiate your ceremony anywhere in Florida.

  5. After your ceremony, I’ll complete your marriage license.

How much do you charge?

Pricing depends on the service requested, travel distance (if applicable), and any addition services. Please visit the Services & Pricing page for a complete fee schedule.
